Young people don't see hope, they want to go abroad, but I am not so pessimistic.
Ivana

Ivana is 25-year-old student, she grew up in Sarajevo but during the war she had to escape from the city with her mother. As her mother is of Serbian origin, they first fled to Macedonia and then came back to the outskirts of Sarajevo, to be closer to her father who remained in the besieged city. The family of her father is Croatian and therefore she is Catholic.
Her house is in an old Austro-Hungarian block of flats near the famous and recentry restored Twin Towers of Sarajevo.
Thanks to a youth exchange she spent a year in Germany, but she said she did not really like the lifesyle there. In Sarajevo she volunteers for the Catholic center Ivan Pavao II.
